FOUNDER & MD
An Engineer with a Masters Degree in IT, Nik found his passion in digital back in 2001 in the early days. he has since worked across client side (eBay, RSVP, Fairfax) & agency side (Amplify, Digital Minds) and gained respect as a leader in the digital media space.
CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Peter has been working in digital since getting selected for an internship by Fairfax in 2005 and well known for his expertise in various areas of digital. Peter has worked across various verticals and continues to bring value through his ongoing passion for ROI on every marketing dollar.
CLIENT STRATEGY DIRECTOR
Adrian's career history spans multiple industries and disciplines. A former Medical Research Officer with a PhD in Immunolgy, Adrian moved into Financial Services where he led the Loans Management team within Macquarie Bank's Margin Lending division. His move into Digital Marketing in 2014 saw him bring a unique mix of analytics skills and business knowledge. His experience in client service and relationship management has been invaluable since joining Digital Minds at the beginning of 2017.
MEDIA OPTIMISATION DIRECTOR
Passionate about the digital world since the early days of the internet, Andrew has been working agency side since 2006 across a number of agencies in Australasia. He has gained a wide expertise in the digital space including stints in SEO, Paid Search, Social and Web Development, and has been lucky enough to have worked across some of Australia's biggest brands. Outside of work he enjoys long hikes in the wilderness and getting back to nature.

Working in Digital since 2004, Vernon is a digital powerhouse with experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation, Product Management, SEM, SEO & more.
With experience in both Agency & Client Side, as well as a passion for Analytics & Creative problem solving. Vernon can help you find a solution for whatever you're facing.
With a BA degree from Durham University in England, Tyrone’s prior experience at London based music streaming start up Roxi as Commercial Campaign Coordinator exposed him to a wide range of marketing disciplines. He was always inexorably drawn towards the world of digital performance marketing however for its clinical accuracy and strong bias on tangible results. Having moved to Sydney for the beautiful beaches and the surf, Tyrone joined Digital Minds in January 2017 where he now enjoys collaborating closely with his clients in his role.
Isabelle holds a Master's Degree in Communication and Marketing from French University Bordeaux III. Originally from PR background, her first work experience started in Spain in one of the largest PR and digital Agency. She's progressively moved into Digital Marketing in 2015 when she started to work as Search Analyst and implement B2C and B2B paid campaigns. As a Performance Manager, she's now focused in planning, executing and optimising performance led campaigns for her clients.
Alex is a Performance Manager at Digital Minds, where he collaborates closely with his clients to develop multi-channel solutions to help achieve their business goals. Specialising in SEO since 2014, he has provided tailored digital marketing support for a number of top Australian news publishers. He is a BArtsBCom graduate of Macquarie University, majoring in Marketing and Contemporary Music. Outside the office he's a die-hard NBA fan, a foodie and a sneakerhead.
Mikaela holds a BS in Business Marketing at the University of Denver. After graduating she decided moved to Australia from Colorado & has been here for over two years. One of her biggest passions is learning new things, which is what drew her to Digital Minds in the first place. Here she works as a Performance Analyst in which she effectively analyzes data to solve problems and further helps her clients' reach their business objectives. When she's not in the office she enjoys traveling to new places, working out & dancing!

Paul has been working in digital marketing space since 2011. His expertise in paid marketing channels such as Search, Content Marketing, Social Media etc. and across various verticals, has been instrumental in driving growth for our digital partners year on year
WEB OPTIMISATION LEAD
Linda is the Web Optimisation Lead at Digital Minds, she heads her specialist team to strategically support clients to grow website performance towards achieving their business goals. She joined the SEO team in 2015 upon graduating a BBus at the University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Marketing and HRM. Before DM, Linda spent her spare time working on her own blog which she'd been unknowingly optimising for SEO, however, these days she enjoys running her own eBay store. Combining her natural interest for search, love for content and optimisation, she’s found her calling in digital marketing.

WEB OPTIMISATION SPECIALIST
Joanna holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (with majors in Marketing & Demography) and a Master of Journalism from Sydney’s Macquarie University. With a passion for languages and culture, she grew up bi-lingual in Polish and spent most of her high school years favouring French as a subject. Joanna started her time at Digital Minds as an SEO Executive in 2017 and over time has evolved her skills into CRO. She works closely with her clients to help build and deliver strategic SEO and CRO deliverables and results.

Norvin discovered the world of digital marketing whilst his running pasison projects during his time in university. At Digital Minds he is a performance analyst and overlooks activity on both paid search and social channels. Till now, he runs his passion projects as a hobby and looks forward to sharpening his skills even further with us. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and working out.
MEDIA OPTIMISATION ANALYST
Quynh is Digital Minds' Social Analyst. She holds a BBus with Marketing and Management majors from the University of Technology, Sydney. Her journey leading up to a career in digital marketing, saw her take part in establishing UTS' first management consulting society, BusinessOne (now UTS:CC), & building client side experience. Her time at DM to date has evolved greatly, ultimately leading to her area of expertise and specialisation in optimising the agency's social channels. Outside of work, she enjoys trying the latest food trends.
MEDIA OPTIMISATION SPECIALIST
Mike has a Bachelors of Science degree in Technology Management and Computing from the University of Portsmouth, UK. Has been in digital for over 5 years working in both SEO and Paid Search. Currently working as a Performance Manager at Digital Minds where my role consists of taking ownership of the planning, communication & KPI's on paid search & social accounts.

Debbie holds a BA from the University of Sydney, majoring in Psychology and a Cert IV in Marketing & Communications from Tafe NSW. She was drawn into the world of digital marketing from an interest in understanding how people interact with brands in a continually content driven world. As a Web Optimisation Analyst at Digital Minds, she looks at helping clients make valuable and strategic changes from a SEO standing. Debbie is a firm believer in living a balanced life - a good book in one hand and a glass of wine in the other.
